Are the pens non-toxic?
Yes, they are non-toxic.

Can I use any brand of pen on these shoes?
No, Graffeeti pens are specially formulated. Other pens may stain the writing surface of the shoe.

Will the ink stain clothes or furniture?
Once the ink has been applied to the writing surface the ink should not stain clothing or furniture. As with any writing instrument, care must be taken to avoid contact with anything other than the intended writing surface.

How do I create my artwork?
Simply remove the pen and begin drawing on the writing surface. Cap the pen when your art is done and return to the pen holder.”

How long will my artwork stay on the shoe?
That is the beauty of this shoe. You decide. You can change your artwork immediately or leave it on your shoe. Take care not to rub the writing surface against any other object to keep your artwork from being erased.

Do you have to use water to wash off the artwork?
No. The artwork can be removed with a soft cloth, or even your hand.

If I use my hand to wipe off the artwork, will it stain me?
No. Once the ink dries and you wipe it off, the ink becomes a dust -like material and will not stain your hand.

I used Graffeeti dry erase pens, but the ink will not come off the shoe easily?
The longer the ink remains on the writing surface the more difficult it is to wipe off. If you are having trouble removing the ink, simple draw over the stubborn ink with fresh ink and wipe away. Remember to only use Graffeeti Dry Erase Pens.

Is it normal to see some shadowing on the writing surface after wiping off the ink?
Yes, this can happen especially with the darker ink colors. To remove the shadowing, simply draw over the shadowed area with fresh ink and wipe away. You may need to do this a few times, but the shadowing should significantly decrease or go away.

Are other pen colors besides those provided with the shoe available?
No. However Graffeeti is always looking at adding new products. So check back regularly to see what we have added. 

Can the shoes be washed?
The canvas sneaker styles can be washed in a washing machine. We suggest cold water and a gentle cycle. Allow the shoes to air dry. Be sure to remove the pens from the holder prior to washing.

What does “Tag…You’re It” mean?
The owners of Graffeeti, Inc. discussed their various interests in starting this business. One was the opportunity to make a positive impact on others less fortunate. This will be achieved by the owners contributing annually to children’s charities. 

The phrase “Tag…You’re It” is a fun play on words, describing both the artful “tagging” done with our shoes, as well as the owners’ interest in encouraging others to reach out and help others. 

The owners of Graffeeti, Inc. in no way condone the destructive practice of graffiti on public property.

What charities does Graffeeti, Inc. support?
The owners intend to support children’s charities by contributing a percentage of profits, and to increase the number of charities supported as the business grows.

What is Graffeeti’s Return Policy?
We want you to be completely thrilled with our product. If for any reason you're not, we will gladly refund or exchange any unworn merchandise along with receipt and original packaging in good condition within 30 days from the date you received it. Please be sure to check the fit and comfort of your purchase before wearing.

You may ship the unworn merchandise back to us within 30 days of purchase for refund or exchange. Returns must be accompanied with a copy of your original receipt. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Shipping charges are not refundable. However, if you choose to exchange an item, you will not be charged additional shipping and handling charges. Exchanged items will be sent by ground service.
